This agreement is between IN ORDER and the Client.
Services Provided
Professional home reset, organization, system setup, and maintenance services as outlined at booking.
Service Nature
IN ORDER is not a cleaning service. Light tidying may occur as part of organizing.
Client Responsibilities

Fees & Payment
Fees are outlined at booking or in the services PDF. Payment is due as stated.
Cancellations
48-hour cancellation policy applies.
Confidentiality
All client information, layouts, and household details are kept confidential.
Acceptance
Booking services constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

Terms of Service
IN ORDER provides professional home organization, reset, and household systems services. We are not a cleaning service.
Bookings & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Payment is due prior to or upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours notice.
Scope of Work
Services include organization, decluttering, and system setup. We do not provide deep cleaning, move heavy furniture without approval, or perform repairs.
Purchases
Any product purchases must be approved by the client in advance. Clients are responsible for the cost of goods.
Access & Privacy
Client instructions guide access to the home. IN ORDER respects privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Liability
IN ORDER is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or concealed items.
